Configuration and function

  • A vacuum is formed inside a cylindrical body composed of a jacket to introduce concentrated waste liquid or waste liquid containing a large amount of sludge, and then run the motor of agitating to rotate the shaft equipped with the scraper.
  • The steam is supplied to the jacket, and the heat is indirectly transferred to the stirred waste liquid to dry.

Characteristic

  • Used for drying high concentration and high viscosity waste liquid
  • Helical type scraper is installed to form a strong turbulence in the waste liquid
  • Cyclone separation: primary separation of thick droplets in vapor
  • External Demister: Improved condensate water quality by secondary separation of droplets in vapor
