Treatment process : Condensate → Low boiling point separation → UF → R/O → Treated water
  • This is a method of separating and treating contaminants in condensate using boiling point and molecular size.
  • There is little influence on load fluctuation of influent.
  • Small area of equipment required (1/2↓ compared to biological treatment facility))
  • There is no limitation of uptime.
  • Fully automatic operation is possible.
  • The removal rate of organic and gaseous pollutants is relatively low.
  • If the contamination is high, the life of the membrane may be short.
  • The processing cost is relatively high.
  • Reprocessing of the concentrate is necessary.
